Returns Policy

At Luxe Legacy Gems, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the rare instance that you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@luxelegacygems.co.uk. Once authorized, kindly send the item to the following address: Luxe Legacy Gems, PO Box 709, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW19 9JJ. Ensure that the items are securely packaged, using the same method as the original delivery. You must use Royal Mail Special Delivery service, insuring the package for the correct amount at your expense. For your protection, take a photo of the sealed special delivery envelope before sending it. We will record the opening of the envelope upon receipt.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exchanges: For a prompt exchange, return the item following the provided procedure. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item. If you have any questions, contact us at info@luxelegacygems.co.uk.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
