Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  1. Shipping Method:
  • All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery fully insured by us.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery service delivers next day in the UK and aims to deliver within 7-10 days in Europe.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature and provides next day delivery in the UK.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, confirming your goods will be delivered the next day.   
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • For customers outside the UK, Luxe Legacy Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  1. Damages:
  • Every package is insured and tracked through Royal Mail. If, by any chance, you receive your order in a damaged condition, kindly send an email to info@luxelegacygems.co.uk promptly, including photographic evidence. Ensure that you preserve all packaging materials and damaged items.
  1. International Shipping:
  • We currently ship to within the UK, Ireland & mainland Europe. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for shipping options and rates.  info@luxelegacygems.co.uk
